Andrew (Andy) Crawford is Senior Vice President of CommCap Advisors, responsible for new loan originations through life insurance correspondent, agency, CMBS, and other institutional lenders.

Prior to joining CommCap, Andrew was a commercial investment broker for a local boutique real estate company. As a broker, he gained valuable experience in the underwriting and closing of commercial acquisitions and dispositions.  In 2015, Andrew transitioned to the finance side of the industry to more fully utilize his analytic, detail-oriented nature.  He has originated, underwritten, and closed over $750M in finance transactions for commercial and multifamily properties.

Andrew is devoted to his wife and four children and is an active member of his church community. He has served on the board of Club Christ, a tutoring and mentoring organization for at-risk urban youth.  As a CCIM designee, Andrew served four years as a director for the Southern Nevada Chapter, chairing the Programs, Education, Designation Promotion, and University Outreach committees.  In his (limited) spare time, he is a cyclist and swimmer, a youth hockey coach, and enjoys using the skills he learned as an Eagle Scout to camp, hike, and climb.

Andrew graduated summa cum laude from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA, with a degree in Biology and Physics.
