Julian Kosa is a Commercial Real Estate Analyst at CommCap Advisors, where he specializes in underwriting, financial analysis, and the evaluation of commercial real estate financing opportunities. He works closely with borrowers, lenders, and capital partners to analyze transactions, assess property performance, and support the successful execution of commercial mortgage loans across a variety of asset classes.

 

Raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Julian developed a passion for real estate through his family's longstanding involvement in the industry. Growing up around commercial properties and entrepreneurial ventures provided him with firsthand exposure to the impact real estate has on businesses, communities, and long-term wealth creation.

 

This early foundation inspired his interest in commercial real estate finance and investment analysis. At CommCap, Julian has developed expertise in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, lease review, market research, and credit underwriting. He is committed to helping clients and lending partners make informed financing decisions through thorough analysis and attention to detail. When Julian is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting San Diego, golfing, being actively involved in his church community, and cheering on the Los Angeles Chargers.
