Kris Watier is a Loan Administrator | Manager for CommCap Advisors.  She brings her vast experience from sixteen years in commercial real estate.   She was an integral part of brokerage teams at Avison Young and Lee & Associates with handling office and retail transactions from start to finish including leasing/sales negotiations and proposals.  Kris has an extensive knowledge base of the Las Vegas commercial real estate market.

In her role with the company, Kris will lead and support the office in closing and servicing loans.  As an organized individual, she will work to streamline daily activities and implement methods to enhance operations and procedures with the growing business.

Prior to her profession in commercial real estate, she had worked at many levels of management within the hospitality industry in Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN at Embassy Suites and Hilton Hotels.
