Kyle Nagy is a founder and Director of CommCap Advisors. Kyle started his commercial real estate career in 1999 as the Real Estate Analyst for the Las Vegas office of GMAC Commercial Mortgage, an international real estate finance company. Prior to leaving and forming CommCap, Kyle was instrumental in the growth and success of the Las Vegas GMAC office and was one of the youngest Vice Presidents within the company. During his finance career, Kyle has successfully originated, underwritten, and closed over $900 million in loans with Life insurance Company, Wall Street Conduit, Bank and Agency Lenders.
Kyle previously served as President of the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP and as the Chairman of the Executive Council for the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In 2014, Kyle was appointed by the Nevada State Legislative Commission to serve on the Mortgage Investment and Mortgage Lending Advisory Council. In 2015, Kyle was appointed Treasurer of the CDMC, the entity responsible for the development and oversight of the UNLV Research Park. NAIOP has honored Kyle with the Associate Member of the Year Award, the National Developing Leader Award, and the Ellie Shattuck Special Recognition Award. Kyle was selected by the In Business Newspaper as one of the 40 leading business professionals in Nevada under the age of 40 and in 2013 was named by Vegas Inc. as one of the top finance executives in Las Vegas. Under Kyle’s leadership, CommCap Advisors was named Financial Firm of the Year by NAIOP Southern Nevada in 2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022.
Kyle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating Cum Laude. For the simple joy of learning, Kyle returned to his Alma Mater to complete a Master of Arts in American History.
When not working, Kyle is an avid reader and enjoys coaching youth soccer, riding ATVs, and RVing with his family. As Treasurer of an outreach center and member of the Governing Board of his Church, Kyle is committed to serving others within the community.
