Tyler Roersma is an Associate at CommCap Advisors. He joined the company in 2024 as an Analyst before transitioning to the origination side, where he works alongside Kyle Nagy and Sebastian Torres. Tyler has been involved in the underwriting and closing of more than $250 million in acquisition, refinance, construction, and value-add commercial loans.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Tyler graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with dual degrees in Finance and Economics. During his time at UNLV, he was involved in the Finance Club and Rebel Investment Group, where he developed experience analyzing, pitching, and evaluating stocks. Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 2024, Tyler has joined NAIOP and currently serves on several committees.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with family, traveling, playing golf, and watching just about any sport.
