Chuck Mohler is the Private Money Manager for CommCap Advisors.  Chuck is responsible for the underwriting, approval, processing, and monitoring of private money loans.  These private money loans range from land loans, to development loans, to bridge loans, all on varying types of properties. 

 

Chuck has been involved with real estate development and lending for over 25 years and was appointed by the Nevada State Legislative Commission to serve on the Mortgage Investment and Mortgage Lending Advisory Council for approximately 5 years from 2010 to 2015. Chuck has been through the good and bad, including working through the challenges of defaults, forbearance, bankruptcy, foreclosure, leasing, management, and liquidation all while maintaining successful relationships with both borrowers and beneficiaries. 

 

When Chuck is not working with private money loans, he maintains a separate professional firm assisting companies and their owners in properly growing the enterprise value of their business through strategy development, internal succession planning, process improvement, and other critical value drivers needed for future transitions of the business into new ownership. In Chuck’s free time, he enjoys the companionship of his wife, children & their spouses, along with his grandchildren.
