Daniel Stehle is an Associate at CommCap Advisors. Daniel assists with the origination of debt for all types of income-producing real estate.
Prior to moving to Las Vegas and joining CommCap, Daniel lived in Southern California and worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. As a California licensed General Appraiser, Daniel completed hundreds of full valuation reports for all commercial real estate property types ranging from $500,000 to $100 million.
Daniel graduated from California State University, San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. Additionally, Daniel has earned several appraisal and valuation certificates.
While not working, Daniel enjoys friends, family, and off-roading in the winter and boating during the summer months throughout the southwest.
