The borrower had recently completed Phase I of a new multifamily community and the existing construction lender was requiring a material change to the loan.

Adam and Shelly were able to secure the borrower with a permanent, fixed-rate option while the property was still in lease-up.

The new loan allowed for funding upon stabilization without the need for trailing stabilized numbers.
